Delica Premium Hotel

Great location, friendly staff but the tv sucks. Please invest in new smart tv’s. They are cheap and what travelers want.

The property was close to everywhere. Staff is attentive and friendly. Linh gave us suggestions about places to visit near the hotel :)

It is very cozy and is near everything!!! And of course— David. David made our stay super convenient. We will definitely book again.

Most excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Very nice facility and friendly staff. Only wish we had one more night there!

Very nice staff, very helpful advice and good price. Mr. David especially was very kind and helpful

Deluxe room was pretty small, but enough for our short stay in Hanoi

Mr David was so accommodating when we checked in. Excellent staff! The following morning Ms Linh met us at the breakfast area. Since our flight back to Manila was still midnight, she allowed us late check out and safe keep of our luggage. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location is very convenient, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. She was very patient to tell us what to do around the old quarter.

Maybe next time we'll book a room with a city view or a balcony, the internal window made us lose the sense of time during the day.

Big room and the staff is very nice and helpful, especially Linh and David

Staff were very helpful and friendly. easy to talk to and helped us find our way around

Staff were wonderful. They even packed a breakfast for us as our transport arrived early. Any issues we had they checked in a timely way. Location was great and couldn’t hear the traffic noise from the room.

Breakfast was a little different each day but would have loved a pho each morning. They did fry me some eggs when requested.

They have friendly staff and very helpful during our stay. Especially Mr John he is very kind and and help us a lot duri

Ms. Linh and John goes above our expectations. Help us in every way they can. Very accomodating and friendly. Definitely will recomend Delica Hotel.❤️??

The hotel staffs are friendly, approachable and helpful.

Beautiful room, great location, perfect staff who were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely takeaway breakfast organised for our day trip to Lan Ha Bay. Thank you so much!!!

Noisy road (but to be expected!)

Everything was perfect and clean, plus very good location close to all shops and restaurants!Everyone was really nice, especially ms.Linh, who was always smiling, kind, and ready to help!

The friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable beds and room. Linh was the sweetest. Helped us all our tour.

David and the other staff were really friendly and helpful! We loved the big room! Thanks!

The property looked very luxurious and the balcony view was nice. The staff were very welcoming as well.

Nothing really. It was just very cold everywhere.

Very clean. Convenient location. Very helpful staff.

The staff are friendly and helpful. David helped us alot, especially in arranging the airport pickup and navigating through the city
